About The Bowler Hat

My name is Harrison Caldwell and at heart I am a storyteller... which explains the layout of my galleries. I struggled to get everything right because it isn't just a portfolio of pretty pictures. Its a story in itself. 

My first medium of choice was photography and nothing tells a better story with the least distractions than a black and white photo, but I don't hate color. There is plenty of color here. My prints have been exhibited in churches, local galleries, and museums.

I also write, dabble in digital art and cook as well. All of which will be featured here eventually. I'm married and currently located in Charlotte, NC though that will change soon. The location that is. 

And if you are wondering I shoot Canon only in terms of DSLR. My pics will have been taken with either a 20D, 550Ti (RIP), or 60D. Film is all shot on a Minolta 370 with Tri-X 400. Underwater cameras are an Olympus TG-4 (Most favorite investment) and GoPro Hero 4.
